Developed for intensive use in professional kitchens. Can be used at any temperature without restrictions. Perfect for even baking thanks to the evenly distributed perforations (o 2 mm). Easy to dismantle for uncomplicated demoulding and cleaning. High-quality, easy-care stainless steel. Dishwasher-safe.
The baking tin is supplied with a non-stick baking film. The foil is specially designed for the mould. Can be reused over 200 times. Suitable for temperatures from -170 to +260°C. Versatile: The baking tin can be used with or without the baking foil as required.
