The BALLARINI Alba frying pan 20 cm is a high-quality pan that also allows low-fat frying. It is made of aluminium and has a 3-layer non-stick coating called Keravis Ti-X with titanium reinforcement, which is very resistant and abrasion-proof.
The pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, because it has a bimetal base made of aluminium and steel that ensures quick heating. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle stays cool while cooking and the frying pan is oven-safe up to 250°C.
You fry with little fat and clean the pan easily in the dishwasher (dishwasher-safe). The resistant non-stick coating is especially abrasion-proof and even allows the use of metal utensils, so the pan is suitable for many different dishes.
