Ideal for delicate baking processes such as cake bases, doughs and puff pastry. The micro-perforation (O 3 mm) ensures optimum air circulation for even baking. The heat is evenly distributed and transferred.
The durable coating ensures a long service life for the baking tray. Excellent non-stick properties make it easy to remove even delicate baked goods. The baking tray is stable, light and durable.
Notes on use:
Do not use for liquid or semi-liquid preparations.
Do not heat when empty. No overheating and no temperature shocks.
