The compact DF 300 stainless steel deep fryer holds 5 litres of oil, providing space for up to 1.5 kg of delicious fried food. French fries, chicken nuggets and calamari always turn out perfectly with the professional heating system of the cold zones at up to 190°C – without burning, as the high-performance heating elements are freely suspended in the oil! This means that the bottom of the pot is cooler than above the heating elements (where the fried food is located). If any fried food falls through the basket, it no longer burns on the bottom of the pot. This saves a lot of time when cleaning. The cold zone deep fryer can be completely dismantled. This means that the frying fat can be poured into a storage container if necessary and all parts of the deep fryer can be easily cleaned.
The integrated timer offers additional ease of use. It can be used to set the cooking time for the food. This means you ll never forget your chips in the deep fryer again!
