The BALLARINI Alba grill pan 28 cm is a high-quality pan that lets you fry with little fat. It is made of aluminium and has a 3-layer Keravis Ti-X non-stick coating with titanium reinforcement, which is very resistant and abrasion-resistant.
The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, because it has a bimetal base made of aluminium and steel that supports fast heating. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle stays cool while cooking and the frying pan is oven-safe up to 250°C.
You fry with little fat and clean the pan easily in the dishwasher (dishwasher-safe). The resistant non-stick coating, which is particularly abrasion-resistant and also allows the use of metal utensils, makes the pan suitable for many different dishes.
