Precise cutting starts with the right blade structure. The core made of VG-MAX steel is wrapped in 32 layers of Damascus steel and combines high hardness with elastic properties. This makes the set suitable for fine and controlled cuts in everyday kitchen work.
Well-designed blade for clean work The double-edged blade is light and well balanced in your hand. This supports safe handling and ensures precise cutting results. The hammered surface creates small air pockets that help release food more easily from the blade.
Stable handle with functional details The symmetrically shaped handle is suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users. A full tang provides stability and balance while cutting. The handle end features the engraved Tim Mälzer bull’s head, clearly identifying the set.
