This Japanese-style knife brings together clarity and precision. The blade is made from ice-hardened FC61 steel and sharpened by hand using the Honbazuke method. Its octagonal handle made of dark pakkawood includes a decorative mosaic pin, inspired by traditional samurai amulets.
Craftsmanship from Seki, Japan
The Nakiri is designed for slicing and peeling vegetables and fruit. Its flat, wide blade helps you make clean, even cuts. The engraved MIYABI logo adds a traditional touch to the blade’s appearance.

The handle’s octagonal shape offers a secure grip and a unique look. The smooth edge supports precise cutting, while the balanced weight makes it comfortable to use.

It is best to clean the knife immediately after use with a damp cloth; especially after handling acidic foods, do not leave the knife uncleaned.
