This outdoor pizza oven reaches temperatures of up to 500 °C and is designed for making pizzas up to 30 cm in diameter. In addition to pizza, the oven can also be used to prepare meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The short heat-up time of 15 minutes allows for a quick start.
High temperatures for short baking times The Ooni Karu 12 is designed to bake pizzas in just 60 seconds. The combination of strong heat and a solid baking surface ensures even results. The 15 mm thick cordierite pizza stone stores heat consistently. This creates crispy bases and evenly cooked toppings.
Flexible fuel options for different needs The pizza oven can be operated with wood or charcoal. In addition, the oven can be converted to propane gas using a separately available gas burner. This choice allows adaptation to different outdoor use scenarios. The precisely fitting fuel tray supports controlled airflow.
Sturdy construction for outdoor use The case, interior, base and legs are made of brushed stainless steel. The fully insulated design helps to maintain the temperature inside the cooking chamber. At the same time, the case remains stable during frequent assembly and disassembly. The construction is designed for long-term outdoor use.
Easy to transport and space-saving With a weight of 12 kg, the pizza oven is easy to transport. The legs can be removed, allowing compact storage. This makes the oven suitable for changing locations. Cast iron pans from the Ooni range can also be used.
