The dual boiler system with PID control keeps the brewing temperature constant and prevents unwanted bitter compounds. The heated brewing unit supports thermal stability, while the shot timer displays the extraction time to ensure consistency.
Milk and espresso perfectly matched
Use the manual steam wand to prepare creamy milk foam for cappuccino or latte. The programmable milk temperature and texture give you full control over the result. Espresso is provided by the 58 mm portafilter in combination with automatic grinding, dosing and tamping.
