The Satechi USB4 Slim NVMe SSD Enclosure is an external storage solution for fast and flexible expansion of storage capacity. With a transfer rate of up to 40 gigabits per second (3840 megabytes per second) via USB4, it is suitable for demanding applications such as 4K video editing, processing large image archives, or managing large game libraries. The enclosure supports M.2 NVMe SSDs in 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 form factors and storage capacities of up to 8 terabytes, offering a high degree of flexibility.
Its slim aluminum design, inspired by the Apple USB SuperDrive, combines a compact form factor with effective heat dissipation. The modular design allows for easy replacement of compatible SSDs, enabling cost-effective storage expansion without costly internal upgrades. The USB-C connection makes the enclosure versatile and compatible with a wide range of Mac, iPad, and Windows devices.
