This frying pan supports precise frying of meat, fish and vegetables on the hob or in the oven. The flat, multi-layer pan base ensures fast reaction to temperature changes and even heat distribution. Thanks to the non-stick coating, you can work in a controlled way even at high temperatures, and cleaning stays easy. The robust stainless steel handle sits securely in the hand and reduces heat transfer while cooking.

Rapid Heat Control technology allows fast heating and precise temperature control during frying. Multi-layer pan base with aluminium core helps to distribute heat evenly without hotspots. 3-layer Duraquartz non-stick coating supports low-fat frying and makes cleaning easier. Pan made from Cromargan stainless steel 18/10 for high shape stability and long-lasting use. Hollow stainless steel handle reduces heat transfer to the handle during use on the hob. Oven-safe up to 250 °C for finishing dishes in the oven. Wide pouring rim allows drip-free pouring of sauces and pan juices. Frying pan is dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended.
