Even heat for ideal results
The exceptionally flat base distributes heat and oil evenly, so meat is beautifully browned on the outside and remains tender on the inside. Thanks to its multi-layered construction with an aluminum core, the pan reacts quickly to temperature changes and supports precise frying.
Convenience and versatile use
The pan is oven-safe up to 250 °C and fits all standard cooktops. Hollow handles reduce heat transfer and are comfortable to hold. A wide pouring rim makes it easy to pour liquids without dripping.
